Brief Description:
Diagram of foot shows a schematic of the Milwaukee foot model.
Essential Description:
This diagram shows posterior, lateral, and superior views of the foot with 6, 12, and 13 black dots, respectively, indicating the location of sensors that will be used to model the foot of individuals.
Detailed Description:
This diagram is a right, schematic foot showing posterior, lateral, and superior views of the bones from a right foot. The posterior view has five black dots indicating the location of sensors placed on the foot with respect to bony landmarks. Two dots are placed laterally, two medially, and one on the posterior heel. The lateral view has eight locations marked with black dots. Three of these are visible on the posterior view and are labeled the same. Three of the locations are on a pole vertical from between the first and second toe, and are spread in X, Y, Z axes. Two locations are on the head and base of the fifth metatarsal. The superior view has 11 locations visible. All but one of these is visible on the other two diagrams; this additional location is on the head of the first metatarsal.
